How we work with members, clients and borrowers on specific loans

  • 1) Meet with the business owner, for free, to understand their unique business and lending need

  • 2) Engage with the client to represent them to our network of lenders

  • 3) Collect necessary documentation and put together a presentation for potential lenders

  • 4) Gather financing offers from lenders and present them to the borrower with our recommendation

  • 5) Negotiate terms and conditions with the lenders

  • 6) Assist the business owner through the loan closing process
