Ted Rafferty is Element 22 Commercial Group’s Vice President of Operations, a SHRM Certified Professional, and accomplished HR Consultant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business with a focus in Human Resources Management & Personnel Administration. Ted has over 15 years of experience in a variety of customer service, management, & business operation roles. He is an experienced Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Management, Strategic Planning, Healthcare, Leadership and Training, Ted has hiring experience across various industries.
